Where can I find size and fit advice?
When on a product detail page, click on ‘Size Guide’ on the product details page to view our conversion chart. We also provide fit information and model measurements for each style under the ‘Size and Fit’ tab.
Are you going to have my size again?
Please email us at customerservice@lamiamecollection.com to be notified if an item is coming back in stock.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Serbia Ground Deliveries: Complimentary shipping.
International Deliveries: Shipping fee of 30 €.
Which credit cards can I use?
If you are ordering a product, the online payment can be made by following credit cards: Master Card, Maestro and Visa.
How can I be sure that the information from my credit card is safe?
All transactions are made through the secure payment system of Banca Intesa. LaMiaMe Collection does not keep any information from your credit cards.
Can I use a different payment cards with my account?
Yes, you can use different credit cards considering the fact that your credit card data do not stay in LaMiaMe Collection base.
When the product is billed from my account?
When paying by credit card online , the funds are immediately reserved from your bank account, while the payment is performed before delivery.
When will I receive the information about the transaction I made?
After the completion of the transaction you will receive an e-mail notification.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible to cancel an order. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order once it has been placed. Further information on cancelling an order can be found in our Return Policy
Can I get my purchase gift-wrapped?
We do not gift wrap purchases; however, our packages come with exclusive branded packaging.
Is signature required upon delivery?
Yes, someone must be at the delivery address to sign for the package.
How do I return an item?

How can I return or exchange a faulty item?
All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@lamiamecollection.com or call 00381 64 9333339 within 14 days of the purchase.
