RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with all of your LaMiaMe Collection purchases, but if you are not, we will gladly accept a return within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All packaging shipped with your order must be returned.

Every clothing item shipped has a tag attached. Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We recommend trying on all purchased items as soon as they are received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.

Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for refunds or exchange.

Return deliveries are at your risk and we therefore advise you to use a courier service offering a tracking number, and to take out adequate insurance to cover the cost of the goods in transit.

LaMiaMe do not refund international prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout. Should you wish to return an item, contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

Exchange

Only accepted for same style and subject to availability. If your item is not available in the requested size/colour you will be issued with a refund note.

Quality guarantee

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

• We will then contact you within a reasonable time to confirm whether your return has been authorised.
• Enclose the item(s) you wish to return in the original box.
• For all returns use a reputable courier company such as DHL, or an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted time frame.

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once processed.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges, duties, will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. Once your order has been receipted and inspected please allow 7 working days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method.

Any delivery costs paid in connection with the order are non-reimbursable or refundable. Moreover, any return delivery and clearance costs incurred by you when returning products are non-reimbursable or refundable.
